JD, you can take any of the templates and completely re-skin it in:
settings -> design -> css
You can also use HTML and JS sections to alter any of the existing store templates even farther. I would advice to choose a template where you like the layout, and to re-skin it to what is needed using css.
If you need anything beyond that, like functionality that does not exist in the current package for example, we are ready to discuss and create a completely custom solution for you. Just send us an email
and explain what exactly do you need and we will take it from there.
