The email address eez.io sends new orders and new product reviews notifications is alerts [at] eez.io
If you checked your email junk folder and still haven’t found expected notifications sent by your online store, I recommend checking notification frequency setup in your store.
To do this, login into your store -> click on the Settings link -> scroll down to the Notifications section. Make sure that your store New Orders notifications are set to anything other than “Never”.

You can choose frequency of receiving notifications to be “every order”, “once a day” and “once a week”. Please let us know if this resolves it...
