Tony, order status unverified means that your store did not receive payment transaction confirmation for this order.
That mostly happens when customer used PayPal to pay for the order and did not complete the transaction (went to PayPal to pay for the order but did not pay - transaction was dropped)
Additionally order status unverified will occur if your PayPal account is not setup correctly. Please navigate to SETTINGS -> Accept Payments and click on "PayPal account, email setup" link for a step by step PayPal account setup guide.
